Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users regarding the use of autome (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to all features provided by autome, including conversation analysis, AI assistant provisioning, and channel integration.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Paid Service" refers to AI assistant features available through the purchase of a plan (3-day, 7-day, or 30-day).
- "AI Assistant" refers to the automation agent generated based on the user's conversation analysis results.
- "Conversation Data" refers to text, chat export files, email content, and other materials the user provides for analysis.
Article 3 (Service Description)
The Service provides the following features:
- Conversation Analysis (Free): The Service uses AI to analyze conversation data provided by the user, identifying work tendencies, communication styles, and automatable tasks.
- AI Assistant (Paid): Based on analysis results, a personalized AI assistant is created and integrated with Telegram to automate tasks.
- Result Sharing: Analysis results can be shared with third parties via a unique link.
Article 4 (Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is formed when a user signs in with a Google account.
- Non-members may use the conversation analysis feature, but sign-in is required to use paid services and save results.
- Users must provide accurate personal information and must not impersonate others.
Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)
- Paid services are provided as one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- Available plans: 3-day ($9), 7-day ($19), and 30-day ($29). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
- International payments are processed in USD via Polar; domestic (Korean) payments are processed in KRW via Toss Payments.
- The plan period begins at the time of payment completion.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited after service use begins. However, if normal use is not possible due to a service outage, the plan period may be extended or a refund may be issued.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Analyzing another person's conversation data without their consent
- Using the Service to perform automation for illegal purposes
- Circumventing or interfering with the Service's technical safeguards
- Distributing malware or imposing unreasonable load on the servers
- Infringing on others' personal information or misusing information collected through the Service
Article 7 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Service is provided year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or similar reasons.
- Changes to service content, usage methods, or availability will be announced in advance.
- Free service features may be changed without prior notice.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- AI analysis results are for reference only, and their accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. The user is responsible for decisions made based on analysis results.
- The accuracy of AI assistant responses is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for damages resulting from unverified use of such responses.
- Liability is waived in cases where the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or server failures.
- The user is responsible for the legality of the conversation data they submit.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
- Intellectual property rights for the Service's design, logo, and software belong to the service provider.
- Rights to conversation data submitted by users remain with the users; the service provider uses such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Users may freely use analysis results generated by AI.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute related to use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for an amicable resolution.
- If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
