Narrative Inc. (the "Company"), which operates autome(the "Service"), values the personal information of its users and collects only the minimum information required to provide the Service. The Company collects only the minimum information listed below, strictly as needed to operate the Service.
A. Sign-up (Google OAuth)

- Name (as registered in your Google account)
B. Service Use
- Conversation data you submit for analysis, and the resulting analysis output
- Chat history with the AI assistant (to the extent needed to operate the Service)
C. Payment
- Payment transaction identifier, amount, date, and subscription status
- Sensitive payment details such as full card numbers are not stored by the Company and are handled securely by the payment service provider.
D. Automatically Collected
- Session identifier and access logs, used for service quality improvement and security
The Company does not collect resident registration numbers, financial account details, or any categories of sensitive personal information that require heightened legal protection.
2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Service Delivery: conversation analysis, AI assistant creation and operation, channel integration
- Account Management: identity verification and paid-service eligibility
- Billing Management: subscription and payment records, refund and dispute handling
- Quality and Security: incident response, abuse detection, service improvement
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own use. Disclosure may occur only in the following exceptional cases:
- When you have given prior, specific consent
- When disclosure is required by law or pursuant to a lawful request by an investigative authority
4. Processing Entrusted to Service Providers
To operate the Service, the Company may entrust certain processing activities, such as cloud infrastructure and payment processing, to qualified external service providers. - Account Information: retained until account deletion; destroyed without delay upon request.
- Conversation Data and Analysis Results: destroyed when you request deletion or delete your account.
- Payment Records: retained for 5 years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Access Logs: retained for 3 months in accordance with the Protection of Communications Secrets Act.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access, correction, or deletion of your personal information
- Suspension of processing
- Account deletion (unlinking your Google account)

- The Service uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain login state and security.
- You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may be limited.
